1. Heath Cottages Frensham lie about 2 miles south of Farnham on the A287 road in the direction of Hindhead.
2a. From the centre of Farnham:
- Leave the one-way system with a left turn to pass in front of Farnham Police station (sign A287), passing Farnham Maltings on the right. Cross the Farnham bypass and railway. Please now read from "3" below.
2b. From the A31 Farnham by-pass travelling west (from Guildford towards Alton and Winchester):
- turn left at the first traffic lights, following signs for A287 Hindhead and Frensham.
- after just 50 meters, before the railway level crossing, turn right and pass the front of Farnham rail station, continuing up the road alongside the car park.
- at the "T"-junction at the end of this road, turn left onto the A287 (Firgrove Hill). Please now read from "3" below.
2c. From the A31 Farnham by-pass travelling east (from Alton towards Guildford):
- continue through the first traffic lights, passing under a road bridge.
- after 100 meters, at the second traffic lights, turn left towards Farnham town centre.
- after 200 meters, the road turns left, joining the town one-way system.
- after another 300 meters, turn off to the left, following signs for A287 Hindhead.
- continue past the front of the Farnham Police station and the Farnham Maltings and climb Firgrove Hill, passing over the Farnham by-pass and the railway. Please now read from "3" below.
3. Climb Firgrove Hill following "A287" signs. At top of first hill, straight on at traffic lights (½ mile).
4. At top of second hill, follow main road past shops at The Bourne (one mile).
5. At top of third hill (1¾ miles) look out LEFT for Gong Hill Drive (triangular island) - see detailed map - then immediately RIGHT for the entrance to Edgeborough School. SLOW DOWN.
6. The house is JUST ROUND THE CORNER on the LEFT - the second entrance drive (immediately before the telephone pole). (Total 2 miles from Farnham station).
